We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was the friendliest we have ever encountered. Check-in was quick and informative, and we were able to check in immediately upon arrival. Our room on the 10th floor had a balcony and the bed was super comfy. The hotel's location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk to the nearest metro station. the hotel was in a quiet area, away from the crowds and noise of the city. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the coffee was great. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and transportation options were great.

The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location near the Marques de Pombal metro station is convenient for exploring the city. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms are modern and functional, with nice balconies and good bathrooms.

The hotel is conveniently located near a bustling roundabout, which makes it easy to access the metro and catch buses to various sightseeing spots. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer amenities such as a safe, small fridge, and good lighting. The breakfast, though lacking variety in terms of cold cuts and warm dishes, still includes fresh orange juice and delicious pastel de nata.
Some guests have mentioned unpleasant drain smells in certain rooms, which can be an issue for those sensitive to odors.

We had a comfortable room with a great city view. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro station. The continental breakfast was tasty and there was a fun Halloween decoration. I'll recommend this hotel.
